Shape the intention.
Turn a creative brief into a practical scene plan, with the constraints and next steps in view.
Planning & researchIndependent creative technology
A creative workspace for the space between your imagination and the tools. Built for independent artists and small teams.
01 / The workspace
Creative work shouldn’t stop every time the tools get complicated.
Lauvee’s ambition is to bring creative planning and technical execution into one AI-powered workspace. We’re starting with Houdini: procedural scenes, scripting, debugging and the repetitive setup between an idea and a finished piece.
Over time, we want to connect the same workspace to more creative applications through plugins and local integrations, so a small team can carry a project across its production pipeline.

Planning & researchUse Claude to help write and debug Houdini Python and VEX, then review the changes before applying them locally.
Scripting & automationBring errors and results back into the conversation, refine the setup and keep the artist in control.
Feedback & iterationClaude API integration and the local Houdini connection are planned. This website does not call Claude or control Houdini.
02 / A first experiment
A parameter. A visible change. A result you can take with you.
The form study above creates a 3D mesh in your browser. Change its twist and width, pause the motion or export the geometry as an OBJ file for a 3D application.
It explores the direct, editable interaction we want in Lauvee. It’s a small procedural study, with source you can inspect. The geometry comes from local mathematics, not an AI response.
03 / The people behind it
I’m Lahiru, the founder of Lauvee.
My work sits around procedural design, digital art and video. I collaborate with a small group of artist friends on creative projects, and those projects shape the tools we want to build.
We want independent artists and small teams to make work that would usually need a much larger studio. Lauvee is an early-stage project, and we’re building from the creative problems we know firsthand.
